Participants will learn the basics of foraging, what equipment to use, and how to identify winter offerings such as evergreens, rosehips, and a few other hidden cold season treats. The session includes tastings, helpful handouts, and a hands-on take-home project designed to bring flavor to the midwinter lull. This educational workshop is perfect for anyone curious about foraging and what the landscape has to offer long after the gardens are asleep. It is appropriate for adults and children 12 and older.
