A special two hour evening Yoga class on the Winter Solstice
A practice of slowing down and meeting sensation in our bodies. We hold postures and shapes for 5-8 mins. we use a variety of props: bring what you have and we will improvise with what we've got. Open to all age and abilities. Led by Cathlin Walker
